Test Leads

Choose the type of probes and / or croc clips you need. Do you require fused
leads for extra safety? Then select the appropriate fittings to connect to your meter.

C end fits most modern multimeters including MM series, Fluke 10, 70 & 80 series. Best suited to meters with sockets on front panel. D end fits many older multimeters and insulation testers.

E end fits most modern insulation testers or multimeters with sockets in the top of the unit rather than on the front panel. They can be used in place of ‘C’.

RCD TESTER LEADS TL88 3-wire, two probes with removable croc clips and 1 fixed crocodile clip, supplied with X (IEC) connector - 10A fused. TL89 As TL88 but supplied with Y (Round Bulgin) connector - 10A fused. IEC style (X) Loop / RCD tester mains lead - 13A plug. TL21 Bulgin style (Y) Loop / RCD tester mains lead - 13A plug.	LOW COST LEADS - TL16 The TL16 leads are low cost replacement leads, suitable for most multimeters including the Martindale MM series. If you require crocodile clips, the TL45 or the TL55 with fuse protection are available.
FUSE LEADS - TL5X series The TL5X series are fused test leads with double insulated silicone cable. Designed for your safety, they comply with GS38 & IEC1010 and include 500mA 500V 10kA rupture rating ceramic fuses (order code: FUSE500). Replacement 500mA, 600V 47kA fuses are also available (order code: FUSE50047). TL55 supplied with right angle fixed shroud. TL56 supplied with sprung retractable shroud. TL57 supplied with straight fixed shroud. TL58 3 phase leads as TL55 but in red, yellow and blue.	MULTIMETER LEADS - TL4X series The TL4X series are low cost, double insulated PVC leads. For use with hazardous voltages and currents, we recommend the fused 5X series for your extra Safety. TL45 supplied with C right angle fixed shroud. TL46 supplied with D sprung retractable shroud. TL47 supplied with E straight fixed shroud. TL48 supplied with F wide bore right angle  fixed shroud.
	LOOP TESTER & FUSE FINDER LEADS TL83 2-wire with croc clips supplied with X (IEC) connector - 500mA fused (Martindale fuse finder only). TL84 2-wire, two probes with croc clips supplied with Z (IEC “Hot”) connector - 10A fused. TL85 2-wire, two probes with croc clips supplied with X (IEC) connector - 10A fused. TL64 Loop tester unfused wander earth probe.
