Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment through Secure Hosting and accept Maestro, Visa, Switch and Mastercard.

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit" on the final page of our ordering process. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable to you.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping and Handling in the UK is free of charge for orders over £39.00, for any orders under £39.00 there will be a shipping charge of £7.50. We use either first class recorded delivery or a carrier (currently UPS). In each case a standard next day service is used. Someone will have to sign for the delivery and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered.

If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and the products will be stored.

Delivery Schedule
Drawing on our large stocks, we can usually get orders confirmed before 2.30pm to you for the next working day (orders with calibration may be delayed for an extra day).

If you require Saturday delivery we charge £30 extra and £15 extra for next day delivery (Pre 10.30am). Please enter "Saturday" or "Next Day" in the special delivery instructions if you require this service. We will add the extra charges to your credit card.

Please call the Sales department if you require overseas delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted via phone or email with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or within the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. If you are VAT registered in the EU, but outside the UK, we can ship to you VAT free on provision of your own VAT No.

Credit Card Security
Our secure web pages are being hosted by Secure Hosting Ltd., who use 128bit SSL to ensure secure transmission of your information.

The secure servers are situated on a standalone private network completely isolated from other networks and connections. They have a single resilient connection to the Internet, which is serviced through dual dedicated ICSA compliant firewalls. The servers are further secured through "server lock" protection, with all credit card details encrypted through 3DES Encryption.

All of our products are supported by their manufacturer's guarantee ranging from a minimum of 12 months up to 2 years.

Returns Policy
We offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all products bought on the site. All we ask, is that all items you wish to return are unopened, unused and as we sent them to you. Once we have received and inspected the returned products we will refund your payment within 7 days where possible but please allow up to 30 days in all cases.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
