Centralised computer driven procedures ensure a consistent repeatable approach. Centralised records also allow us to maintain traceability and to generate reminders for recalibration when next due.
Martindale offers a full and comprehensive test equipment repair and calibration
service for Martindale and most other manufacturers equipment.
What is the turnaround on calibration?
We quote a 5 day turnaround but it is very often less. FAST 24 Hour calibration allows you to drop your meter
off at our premises and collect the next day at an additional charge of plus 50% per unit. Alternatively
send the unit to us and we will send it back to you on a next day carrier.
A collection service is also available and goods can be collected & returned
by a next day courier service (currently UPS) at a cost of £7.50 per box
of instruments each way. Same day service is also available if you deliver to and collect from our premises. 100% surcharge on normal calibration prices.

Are all your meters calibrated when first sold?
As part of the manufacturer´s process, all equipment goes through a series of tests including calibration. However certificates are not provided for all products.
How often should I get my meter calibrated?
Only you can decide this based on your environment and the consequences of errors. However most people get their meters calibrated every 12 months.
Do you offer discount on calibration?
We give discount to wholesalers on calibrations but not on repairs.
